When and where are Backflow Prevention Devices required?

Approved Backflow Prevention Devices are required at certain Commercial and Residential service connections according to the Districts Cross Connection Plan. This Plan requires that all customers consult PGUD Cross Connection Coordinator before all new meter sets and before making any change to existing plumbing.
