DISTRICT PERSONNEL WILL BE PREFORMING INSPECTIONS ON ALL GAS METERS OVER THE NEXT 3 TO 4 MONTHS. THIS REQUIRES A DISTRICT EMPLOYEE TO COME TO YOUR HOME WHERE YOUR GAS METER IS LOCATED. Recently mail deliveries to the District have sometimes been significantly delayed, causing the District to receive customer payments past the due date. Please be aware that you have other payment options, as follows:
-Night deposit at the District office,
-Online payment at poplargroveutilitydistrict.com,
-Over the phone payment at 1-844-678-4542, or
-Payment at the District office, in the lobby or at the drive thru, Monday-Friday, 8:15 a.m. till 4:30 p.m.
For those who continue to mail their payments, please make sure your contact information, including your phone number, is up-to-date at the District office so that we may contact you in case of a missed payment.
