DISTRICT PERSONNEL WILL BE PREFORMING INSPECTIONS ON ALL GAS METERS OVER THE NEXT 3 TO 4 MONTHS. THIS REQUIRES A DISTRICT EMPLOYEE TO COME TO YOUR HOME WHERE YOUR GAS METER IS LOCATED. ALL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES WILL BE IN UNIFORM AND DRIVING A TRUCK WITH THE DISTRICT LOGO ON THE SIDE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 901-837-0181 DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
Because of a postal error, some bills have not been delivered this month. If you haven’t received you July bill, please call our office 901-837-0181
Our lobby will reopen on Monday, June 1st at 8:15 A.M. To protect the health of our customers, district staff will be disinfecting the lobby periodically throughout the day. During this disinfecting process, the lobby will be closed for approximately 10-15 minutes. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CUSTOMER CONCERNING MAIL DELIVERY
Recently mail deliveries to the District have sometimes been significantly delayed, causing the District to receive customer payments past the due date. Please be aware that you have other payment options, as follows:
-Night deposit at the District office,
-Bank draft,
-Online payment at poplargroveutilitydistrict.com,
-Over the phone payment at 1-844-678-4542, or
-Payment at the District office, in the lobby or at the drive thru, Monday-Friday, 8:15 a.m. till 4:30 p.m.
For those who continue to mail their payments, please make sure your contact information, including your phone number, is up-to-date at the District office so that we may contact you in case of a missed payment.
